The the candidate in this role will oversee the purchasing, vendor relationships, marketing plan development, and marketing plan implementation for a 13 location retail agronomy organization. In this role you will supervises a sales staff that covers MN, MD, SD, MT, WY, and NE and lead the business development strategies for your region.
